You can schedule your eye exam in one of three easy ways: book online through our real-time scheduling system, reply directly to a reminder message if you’ve received one by text or email, or call our office and speak to a friendly team member who will assist you. Our booking system updates in real time, so if a time slot disappears, it just means another patient claimed it seconds before.
We recommend booking your appointment at least three to four weeks in advance, especially if you have a tight schedule or are hoping to be seen before a specific deadline, like a vacation or school start date. If your preferred time isn’t available, don’t worry—just ask to be placed on our waitlist. We’ll contact you if an earlier slot opens up.

We’re happy to help coordinate visits across multiple days for larger families to keep things smooth and manageable.
What can I expect if I want to get contact lenses?
If you wear contacts or are considering trying them, let us know during booking or when you arrive. We’ll include a contact lens evaluation as part of your visit. For new contact lens wearers, we’ll guide you through a proper fitting and provide helpful tips for lens care and wear.
What do I need to book an Eye Exam?
When you book your exam, please be ready to provide your full name, contact details, and insurance information if you’re using coverage. If you’re not insured, that’s absolutely fine—just let us know you’ll be paying out of pocket. We welcome self-pay patients and can help you understand pricing before your visit.
What are your policies around cancellations or late arrivals?
We understand that schedules change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee. If you’re running late, call us—we generally allow a 10–15 minute grace period if we know you’re on your way.
As for paperwork, we keep things simple. You can complete forms ahead of time online if you prefer, or fill them out in person during your visit. Either way, check-in is easy and efficient.
